About Shipping and Warranty:

  1. Shipping

    Burrage Brothers ship to many countries around to world, depending on the item and destination, we will post using the following companies: Smart Send for Australian addresses, Pack and Send for international addresses. At times we may use a different courier or Australia Post. We will notify you by email when your goods have been shipped and when possible, provide you with a tracking number.

    All of our prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods or Services Tax). Shipping costs will be calculated in the Shopping Cart when checking out. International customers will be required to fill in the International Shipping Quote Request Form in the Shopping Cart. After receiving your shipping quote request, we will calculate your shipping cost and email you an updated shopping cart with the shipping cost included.

    Please be sure to enter the correct mailing address as items returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-delivery charge. 

    Please be aware that every print is made to order, this being the case, any order cancellation during production or after shipment may incur a fee of up to %100 of the product price. We strive to provide our customers with the best product and service possible, so our products take time and cost a fair amount to produce and ship. Please understand we need to protect our business from unforeseen costs occurring due to order cancellations. These instances will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

    Every effort is made to ensure the goods purchased through our site are delivered to you in tip top shape, but in the rare instance that an item has been damaged in transit, or the order you receive is wrong or incomplete in any way, please contact us by phoning (03)54822418 or by emailing us via within 48 hours of receiving your goods. 

    If you suspect your item has been lost in transit, please contact us ASAP.

    If any faulty or damaged items need to be returned to us, we will provide you with instructions on how to do this in the appropriate way. We will endeavorer to make things right so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

    Approximate Delivery times: Each print is inspected and signed by both Shaun & Kelvin Burrage. Because of this, delivery time may be affected by their photographic schedule. 

    Unframed Prints usually dispatch within 14 days.

    Framed Prints can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. 

    If you have a time constraint, please get in touch with us and we will let you know if we can have your print ready within your timeframe.

  2. Returns

    Upon investigation into the claim, return postage will be payed by us on goods which have genuine manufacturing faults or were damaged during delivery. (We must be notified within 48hrs of you receiving your goods if they have been damaged during delivery).

    Strictly no returns or refunds for change of mind.

    We do not offer exchanges on prints of any kind so please choose carefully. If in doubt, please get in touch with us so we can help you make the right decision.

    Please Note: A copy of your proof of purchase (Receipt/Invoice/Bank Statement) must accompany all returns.

  3. Warranty

    Our guarantee of quality workmanship and a quality product is to the original owner of the goods and covers manufacturing faults only. 

    We place a 60 day warranty on manufacturing faults. If you have any legitimate concerns regarding product faults or quality issues, please get in touch with us and we’ll endeavor to resolve the problem. 

    We stand by our product and believe you will be 100% satisfied. In the unlikely circumstance you’re not satisfied, we will endeavorer to make things right, and again, encourage you to get in touch.

    Manufacturing faults do not include damage caused by natural disasters, fire, user mishaps/error, in proper handling of unframed prints, improper hanging technique or location, improper cleaning techniques/products being used or natural product degradation. In the unfortunate circumstance that any of the above should occur at any time, we sympathize with you and will try to help. Please get in touch with us to discuss possible repair or replacement, but please be aware that this will be at your cost.
